Newton's Car Care - is an excellent facility. It's clean and the work is great and the prices are reasonable. I love that it is a thriving locally owned family business. The owners are honest and trustworthy. All the qualities that I look for in a mechanic.

I didn't really know the area that well, and I was so lucky I found this shop. So accommodating for my oil change, called and made an appointment for the next afternoon. Probably the friendliest shop I've been to. The customer service is top notch and the car service is quick while still providing quality. Would certainly recommend Newton's to anyone!

I had taken my car to a couple of places because my check engine light had come on and I needed my car to pass inspection. The quotes I were getting were through the roof...I was then referred to Greg at Newton's Car Care by a friend. I took it in there and he explained what he felt the issue was and gave me a less expensive alternative to my issue. He was upfront and honest that there might be one other issue with it, but for us to try this method first. We did the work and his alternative method helped the car pass inspection. I have been extremely satisfied with Greg and his staff over there and will go nowhere else. They are very thorough and helpful with detailed explanations and they follow through with good work.

We have used Newton's for a major repair which saved us lots of $ and aggravation. Greg was knowledgeable and worked hard to get our car repaired quickly. We were so impressed that we bought a set of tires from Newton's. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the sound one of them made, so Greg checked it out and replaced all 4 tires with a new brand. We couldn't have been happier. If you are looking for a honest, dependable mechanic (and who isn't?), we would highly recommend Newton's.

I would not consider taking my vehicles anywhere else! It is hard to find a true family owned and operated business in todays economy. Not only is Newton's one of these, they are a true example in customer service that the mega corporate companies could learn from.

Before I went to Newton's, I went to Midas for auto care. It was an OK experience until they started to recommend all kinds of unnecessary service to my car. SO annoyed, I decided to give Newton a try--to see if this family-owned place would treat their customers differently. And I am so glad that I did that. The service was quick yet thorough. The staff are very considerate. They kindly noticed that my car's annual inspection was due and explained in detail to me what to do (I just recently moved to NC). I never expected to experience that kind of sincerity in a business that is notorious for rigging its customers.

Greg and his crew are ALWAYS able to help me out whenever I need it. I never worry about them taking advantage of me. I have never been able to say this about an auto shop before. I recommend Newtons to anyone who is looking for a place to have their car serviced.
