My experience was fantastic. I was met initially with 2 intelligent guys that actually listened to what my issue was. Then they scheduled a time for me to bring my car in. I was emailed and texted 2 reminders of my appointment date. That's fantastic! When I brought my car in, they told me I would get some kind of response early that afternoon with what their inspection discovers. They sent me a text with a link to their work order and recommendations. I was able to approve or deny the services they were recommending. This was broken down by parts and labor, and each part was priced out. I find this very impressive and very important. I've had a hard time finding a mechanic over the past 3 years that I can trust. When everything is broken out like that, you can verify for yourself if the price is fair or not. My entire experience up to this point had been fantastic. I then had a conversation with them about what I wanted done and what else they saw, or how I should go about fixing things. They weren't pushy or salesy, just told me what I needed to do to fix my issue. I then approved the work order they texted me. They had my car fixed and ready to go the next day, actually sooner than they told me they would be finished with it. That NEVER happens! They fixed my issue, and told me about another that I needed to address. I actually did that myself, but I didn't even know it was an issue when I brought it in initially (and it actually was). Bottom line, I have finally found our mechanic! This WILL BE the place we take our vehicles to for any issues. I don't think I could recommend them enough. It's very hard to find a mechanic you can trust, in my opinion. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Had to get two vehicles inspected, and had errands to run at the same time. We were able to do both cars one at a time and pay over the phone so we didn't have to sit and wait.

The only place I trust to take my car too. Very warm, welcoming & their courtesy checks are the best.

Very pleased with the service and communication received from Greg and staff from start to finish. I will recommend them to others.
