I've been using Newton's Car Care for about 5 years now. They've been honest and quick with turnaround. And when I've had some major work come up they've offered me choices on pricing vs quality & have explained the difference. I like to have a choice. I usually go for quality (such as brake pads or tires), something that is more long lasting even if its a little more $ ( Since I put about 30,000 miles on my car per year, safety and reliability are most important to me). I used to go to the dealer where it was much more money & I always felt like they wanted to "sell you more than you need". I mostly take my car in for frequent oil changes at Newton's. I know that is one way to prolong the life of your car - frequent and on time oil changes. Thanks for the great customer service & honesty.

A response to the Owners response to my wife Cassondra... I have no problem buying tires. They were old. I was never upset about that. I was upset that you said the problem was fixed and then I drove my car 1000 miles round trip and the vibration at 60+mph was there the entire time compounding the problem and probably causing damage to the other components in the steering/wheel. I called you from OH and you promised to make it right. So I bring my car back in Monday and you change a tie rod supposedly fixing the problem again. I get in and drive it and within seconds know the vibration is still there. So yeah I was upset and wanted you to make it right... So.. A) Dont waste my time making me come in to pick up my car when its clearly still broken. TWICE. Maybe test drive it to see if the problem was resolved? B) I spent three days getting a ride from neighbors, headaches, and $560 dollars on 2 off-brand tires and a supposedly "worn out" tie rod (60,000 miles 2011 Sonata). C) By the way, it was the front right wheel bearing. Just like I suspected when I brought in my car the first time! Try listening to your customers. The other folks figured it out pretty easily. D) How dare you run down my wife on your review page. Have a little class and own up to your mistakes... Response to Newton's. You know a lot about writing your own reviews don't you? The large majority of your reviews are so clearly written as advertisements by you or your staff its laughable. How many google accounts do you have now? Stats on Newtons Reviews - 75% of them a year ago or less. 25% of them exactly 11 months ago. "Great customer care service, and friendly staff!" "They are family business and genuinely care about you and your vehicle!" "With Newton Car Care, I can place my trust completely with them." No one writes reviews like this… But nice try. It actually takes a lot to make me mad, but youre getting better at it. Great customer service? Look at how you are attacking me?

Absolutely horrible. My husband took his car there, it sounded like he had a bearing going out, and they claimed it was the back tires that needed replaced. So we paid $300 for new tires and the problem was still there. We called and they said they would fix it, round two they claimed it was a loose tie bar. $200 to fix and it still is making a horrible sound when you turn left. They refused to refund any money and cost us $500 in unnecessary repairs. Don't take your car here for anything other than an oil change.
