Hi jess, I searched our customer database for a Jess Baez and could not find any customers under that name or under the last name Baez. If you would please reach out to me with the customers name who brought the vehicle in I would greatly appreciate it. We take the quality of our work very seriously, that's why we back it up with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty, which is the best in the area. That being said, if the vehicle in question is still within the warranty period I would love the chance to make it right.
